Privacy at Lykai

Lykai records account details, lesson progress, code snapshots created when you run or check an activity, validation results, and feedback you choose to provide. It does not record individual keystrokes.

Adaptive guidance

When you request a hint or adaptive explanation, Lykai sends the relevant lesson, your submitted code, detected errors, and the minimum educational context needed to Ollama Cloud. Deterministic validation—not AI—decides whether an activity is complete.

Why we use this data

We use it to provide the course, preserve progress, improve explanations, and understand how the closed alpha performs. Lykai does not sell learner data or use third-party advertising analytics.

Retention and control

Alpha data is retained while the program is active and reviewed before any broader launch. You may ask the Lykai administrator to export or delete your account and learning data.
